Peppers & Italian Sausage Recipe

  • 2 pounds green peppers
  • 2 onions (large)
  • 2 pounds Italian sausage
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup Oil
Cut green peppers in long 1/2-inch strips. Chop onion up with garlic. Fry vegetables in oil. Fry Italian sausage in separate pan until well done. Cut into small bite-size pieces and place in frying pan with vegetables. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve hot for side dishes or as a sandwich.

Option: slow cook in crock pot.
