Vegetable Casserole 47 Recipe

  • 1 can yellow corn, drained
  • 1 can French cut green beans, drained
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of celery (or mushroom) soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tube Ritz crackers, crumbled
  • 1/3 stick margarine
  • 1/2 can sliced almonds
Mix together corn, green beans, celery, onion, green pepper, cheese, sour cream, soup, salt and pepper. Place in greased casserole dish. Mix crackers, margarine and almonds together then place on top of casserole. Bake @ 350 for 45 min. Yield: 8-10 servings.
