Homemade Macaroni & Cheese 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cups Elbow Macaroni Noodles
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
Directions
Cook noodles, then mix with all other ingredients in a large bowl. Put in casserole pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.

Sprinkle cheese on top before cooking!
