Scalloped Corn Recipe

"This scalloped corn recipe was OK but could have had a little more flavor. Next time I would cut the milk in half or eliminate it completely and maybe cut back on the crushed crackers slightly...."

Ingredients
  • 1 can whole kernel corn - drained
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/4 cups saltine cracker crumbs
  • 2 well beaten eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Directions
Grease 2 qt pan and combine all ingredients. Dot with butter and 1/4 cup cracker crumbs on top. Bake 350 for 45-60 minutes.
