California Vegetable Casserole 3 Recipe

  • 1 package California mix vegetables - Cauliflower - Broccoli - Carrots (2 lb package)
  • 1 can cream chicken soup
  • 3/4 cup uncooked instant rice
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 jar Cheese Whiz (small jar)
  • 1/4 cup butter
Cover vegetables with 1 cup of water and cook until just tender. Drain well

Cook the test of the ingredients together until the rice is done and the mixture is well melted. Mix with the vegetables. Bake 350° in a greased 9 x 13 pan for 30 minutes. Add buttered bread crumbs on top the last 15 minutes.
