Mushrooms With Ham & Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 package mushrooms (12 ounce pkg)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon sherry
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 2 cups cooked cubed ham
  • 2 cups cooked peas and carrots
Directions
1.) Melt butter, add sliced mushrooms, cook 5 minutes.

2.) Add flour and cook 2 more minutes longer, add remaining ingredients and season to taste.

3.) Heat gently, serve.
