Vegetable Casserole 46 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cans Veg-All (drained)
  • 1 cup celery (chopped)
  • 1 cup onions (chopped)
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup Mayonaise (not Salad Dressing)
  • 1 cup Water Chestnuts (drained & chopped)
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • 1 tube Ritz Crackers
  • 1 stick butter
Directions
Mix all ingredients except crackers and butter. Bake at 350° for 30 min. without topping. For the topping, mix the Ritz crackers (crushed fine) with 1 stick melted butter. Top casserole and bake 15 min or until lightly browned.
