Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 pounds red potatoes, do not peel
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon Paprika

  • Preheat oven at 400° F. Quarter potatoes; do not peel.
  • Place in a 13 x 9 baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients together.
  • Pour the mixture over the potatoes and stir until potatoes are thoroughly coated.
  • Bake at 400° for l to 1 1/2 hour, stirring after 30 minutes. Potatoes are done if nicely browned and tender when poked with a fork.
