Cheesy Potato Casserole 16 Recipe

  • 1 package frozen hash brown potatoes (2 lb bag)
  • 1 shredded sharp cheese (8 ounce )
  • 1 package sour cream (8 ounce pkg)
  • 2 cans Potato Soup (10 ounce cans)
  • 1/4 cup butter, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350°. Butter a large casserole dish and set aside. In a large bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients together. Pour into casserole dish and spread evenly. Place butter slices on top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 50 minutes. Makes 10 servings.
