Swiss Vegetable Medley 14 Recipe

  • 1 package frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combo (thawed & drained) (16 ounce bag)
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (10 3/4 ounce can)
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 jar chopped pimento (optional)
  • 1 can Durkees French Fried Onions (2.8 ounce can)
Preheat oven to 350°.

Combine: vegetables, soup, 1/2 C cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento (optional) and 1/2 can Durkee French Fried Onions. Pour into a 1 quart casserole. Bake covered @350° for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions, then bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
