Stuffed Peppers Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound rice
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 package shredded cheese (large bag)
  • 2 bell peppers
Directions
Brown hamburger meat, add tomato sauce. Cook the rice in a separate pot then mix together in large casserole dish. Cut the peppers in halves, quarters, or however you like, add the meat and rice mixture and cover with cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 min or until cheese is melted.
