Creamy Mashed Potatoes & Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 pounds potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1 package shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Peel and slice potatoes. Cook, drain, and mash potatoes. Add sour cream, cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Place in baking dish and cover. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir potatoes and bake an additional 15-20 minutes. Remove lid and sprinkle shredded cheese over top. Serve and Enjoy.
