Fried Rice Vegetable Recipe

  • 4 cups cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup cooked corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup green beans
  • 1/2 cup yellow onions
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce (Squid brand)
  • MSG (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
Prepare the ingredients before cooking. Cook white rice ahead and wait until the rice is cold. Clean and rinse the green beans. Chop the green onions and dice the yellow onions. Use frozen or canned corn kernels. Set aside until ready to use.

Heat a wok. Pour in oil. Stir fry kernels, green beans, and onions. Add salt, pepper, fish sauce and MSG. When green beans and onions appear cooked, add in the rice. Stir fry until ingredients are well mixed. When ready, transfer onto a large plate.
