MEAT LOAF or Meat Ball Appetizers for a Large Crowd!!! Recipe

Ingredients
  • 15 pounds Ground Beef
  • 5 pounds Ground Pork Sausage
  • 15 Eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Seasoned Salt
  • 12 ounces Celery chopped fine
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 20 ounces Onions diced fine
  • 6 cups Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire
Directions
Sauté Onions and Celery in 3 Tbsp Oil until translucent. Beat Eggs, and add Milk and Bread Crumbs. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix until all ingredients are blended with a dough hook. Shape Meat Loafs as desired.

If making Meat Balls, roll loosely, about the size of a Golf Ball.

Bake at 300 until done. Do not over mix, or over cook.

Coat with Bulls Eye Original BBQ sauce after cooked.
