Scalloped Oysters 10 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 quart Half & Half cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 - 8 ounce cans whole oysters, drained
  • 2 cups butter-flavored crackers (50 crackers)
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the eggs, cream and pepper. Stir in oysters and crackers. Pour into 12 greased 6 oz. ramekins or custard cups; place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
