EGG BAKE 27 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked, crumbled, & drained
  • 10 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 cups cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions (I use green onions)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 16 ounces day old bread, cubed
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
Directions
Grease 9 X 13 pan. Place bread in pan. Sprinkle with cheeses. Combine remaining ingredients together and mix well. Pour over bread and cheeses. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until golden brown.
