Pan Fried Potatoes 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 Irish Potatoes (large)
  • 1 yellow onion (large)
  • Crisco Oil
  • Salt
Directions
Peel and cut potatoes in slices or small cubes. Slice onion into rings. Onions are optional. Cover potatoes and onions in a deep skillet with oil. On a low heat fry slowly until potatoes are done. Drain on paper towels. Salt to your taste.
