Arroz con Guandu 2 Recipe

  • 2 cans pigeon peas/Guandu
  • 4 cloves garlic (cut up fine)
  • 1 onion (minced)
  • white rice
  • olive oil
Cook a pot of white rice.

In a large skillet, add some olive oil, garlic and onions. Brown onion and garlic.

Add in the peas and stir. Cover and cook while stirring a bit.

Pour the cooked rice into the skillet and mix all together.
