Corn Bake 5 Recipe

  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 package corn muffin mix (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg (large)
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted (1 stick)
Preheat oven to 350°. In large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Pour into casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Let stand for at least 5 minutes and then serve warm.
