End of the Garden Vegetable Dish Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
  • 2 sliced onions (large)
  • 2 cups sliced carrots
  • 1 cup sliced sweet pepper
  • 4 peeled fresh tomatoes, sliced (large)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook the above ingredients on low heat until tender. Add a small amount of water if needed. Season with salt bacon grease or browned sausage, adding sausage to vegetables. Serves 6.
