Creamed Potatoes 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 potatoes (large), peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
Directions
Boil potatoes until soft. Drain all but 1/2 cup water.

Add milk and butter. Reduce heat and cook until milk is warm. Do not boil again! Ready to serve.
