Swiss Cheese Vegetable Bake Recipe

  • 1 package frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots (thawed and drained) (16 ounce bag)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can fried onions (small can)
Combine all ingredients except for 1/2 Swiss cheese and 1/2 onions. Pour into shallow 1 qt casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Top with remaining cheese and onion and bake uncovered for 5 or 6 minutes.
