Yams 2 Recipe

  • 1 can yams, drained and mashed (29 ounce can)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup crackers
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 stick butter
Mix yams, egg, sugar and cinnamon, set aside. Then mix together crackers, brown sugar, walnuts, and melted butter. Put this mixture on top of the yam mix. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
