Spaghetti Salad Recipe

Here's a very colorful summer spaghetti salad to feed a picnic crowd. The zesty salad dressing is a nice addition.

  • 16 ounces thin spaghetti
  • 2 envelopes of Good Season's Italian Dressing (or Zesty)
  • 4 tomatoes, large - chopped
  • 2 cucumbers, large - sliced thin
  • 1 green pepper, large - chopped
  • 1 red pepper, large - chopped
  • 6 green onions - chopped
  • 2 cups celery - chopped
  • 1/2 jar of Salad Supreme (found with the spices)

  • Cook the spaghetti according to the directions on the package, drain and set aside.
  • Prepare the 2 envelopes of Good Seasons Italian dressing according to the directions and then add to the drained spaghetti.
  • Mix in all the chopped vegetables, sprinkle the Salad Supreme on top, and toss.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Re-toss before serving.
