Cheese Grits Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 cups boiling water
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups quick cooking grits
  • 8 ounces Velveeta cheese cut inch cubes
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar (Cracker Barrel) cheese grated
  • 8 ounces Mild cheddar cheese grated
Directions
Add salt to water and bring to a rolling bowl. Pour in grits. Let grits cook until thick. Stir occasionally. When thick add all the cheese. Stir until melted. Pour in a baking dish that has been well sprayed with Pam. Bake on 350 for about 20 to 30 minutes. You can add garlic powder to taste if you want Garlic Cheese Grits.
