Baked Jalapeno Peppers Recipe

  • 25 jalapeno peppers (medium)
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package softened cream cheese (8 ounce package)
  • 4 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
First cut jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise; remember to remove seeds. Next you need to place peppers in boiling water for approx. 5 minutes.


Now add the cream cheese, cheddar cheese and worchestershire sauce, stir well.

Then put the one heaping teaspoon cheese mixture on each pepper half. Next sprinkle with bacon; Place on a baking sheet.

Finally, bake at 400°F for 5 minutes.
