Cheesy Potato Casserole 15 Recipe

  • 2 pounds Frozen Hash Browns
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter (or margarine)
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • Salt & pepper to taste
Combine Hash Browns, 1 stick butter, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese. Mix well. Grease a 2-1/2 quart casserole. Add ingredients. Melt 1/2 stick butter and mix with Corn Flakes. Spread over top of casserole. Bake at 350° F for one (1) hour.
