Oven Roasted Green Beans Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound green beans
  • 1 sweet onion (small)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°. In a bowl toss green beans and onion with the oil, salt and pepper until well coated. Spread green bean mixture in a single layer on ungreased baking sheet, sprinkle on lemon zest. Roast until tender 10 to 15 minutes.
