Fried Apples 7 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 apples, cored and sliced (large)
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
Cut apples into 1/4" slices. Heat butter in a large skillet. Put the apples, brown sugar & cinnamon in the skillet & cover. Over medium low heat, cook apples 7-10 minutes or until they begin to soften & the syrup thickens. Serve coated with excess syrup on top.
