Marinated Vegetables 16 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon Italian dressing
  • dash pepper
Directions
Break broccoli and cauliflower in florets. In a 4 qt. saucepan over high heat, bring 1" water to boiling. Add the vegetables. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Drain. Pour into a large bowl. Add other ingredients and 2 T. water. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hrs, tossing occasionally. This can be made up to five days ahead.
