Ingredients
2 packages refrigerator crescent rolls
1/2 pound provolone cheese, sliced
1/4 pound pepperoni, sliced
1/4 pound ham, sliced
3 roasted red peppers
1/2 onion, sliced thin
1/4 pound salami, sliced
1 egg, beaten
Directions
Layer 1 can of crescent rolls in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Top with pepperoni layer, cheese layer, peppers and onions layer, ham layer, another cheese layer and salami layer. Spread second can of crescent rolls on top. Brush with beaten egg. Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool 5-10 minutes. Cut into 2 inch squares and serve with wine or cocktails.
