Swiss Vegetable Casserole Recipe

  • 1 cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 sour cream
  • 1/4 pepper
  • 1 Frozen Veggie Mix (16 ounce bag)
  • 1 1/3 French Fried Onions
  • 1/2 shredded Swiss cheese
Stir soup, sour cream, pepper, veggies, 2/3 of the onions, and 1/4 cup of the Swiss cheese in a casserole dish. Cover. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Stir. Sprinkle with remaining onions and cheese over the veggie mixture and bake another 5-10 minutes.
