Squash Casserole 95 Recipe

  • 3 cups yellow squash, or squash of choice
  • 1 onion, chopped (large)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 stick Melted Butter
  • 1 3/4 cups Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
Slice squash & place it and the onion in a pot with enough water to cover. Cook until tender; drain. Mix squash mixture with remaining ingredients. Place in lightly greased Pyrex dish. Combine butter & stuffing mix; sprinkle over top and bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
