  • 1 pound cauliflower, 1" chunks
  • 1/2 pound pepperoni slices
  • 1 pound olives, pitted
  • 1/2 pound roasted red pepper strips, drained
  • 1 pound broccoli, 1" florets
  • 1 pound carrot, 1/8" thick slanted slices
  • 12 ounces Caesar dressing

  • Mix together the olives and peppers; then mix together the broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots.
  • Combine the two mixtures with the pepperoni; then add the Caesar dressing.
