Hominy Casserole 14 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cans yellow hominy
  • 1 can white hominy
  • 1 package sour cream (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1 package Monterey Pepper Jack cheese (grated)
  • salt to taste
Directions
Drain all liquid from cans. Mix hominy together and add sour cream (enough to moisten). Stir in the grated Monterey Pepper Jack cheese. Add salt to taste. Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes or until brown around edges.
