Homemade Egg Noodles 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 tablespoons Milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup flour
Directions
Mix above items to make a dough ball. Roll out on floured counter. Cut into long rows, then again into 1/4" pieces. Lay out on newspaper for about 2 hours to dry. Boil in chicken broth for about 10 to 12 minutes. (depends on the consistency of noodle that you like to eat).
