Swiss Vegetable Medley 12 Recipe

  • 1 package frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower; thaw & drain (16 ounce bag)
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom (10 3/4 ounce can)
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 jar chopped pimento, drained (opt) (4 ounce jar)
  • 1 can French fried onions (2.8 ounce can)
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 can of onions, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 c. cheese. Pour into 1-quart casserole and bake covered at 350° for 30 minutes or longer. Top with remaining onions & cheese. Bake five minutes longer, uncovered.
