Cheesy Smashed Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound red potatoes cut into chunks
  • 1 cup bite size cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Place potatoes and cauliflower in large sauce pan add water to cover. Bring to boil on high heat. Reduce to medium simmer 20 min. Drain return to pan. Add sour cream mash until light and fluffy than stir in cheese.
