Tarja (Fried Noodles) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups fine noodles (thin spaghetti)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/4 cup margarine, butter or vegetable oil
Directions
Boil the noodles in boiling salted water and drain well.

Put in a big bowl, add the eggs, cheese, salt and pepper, mix together.

Using a frying pan, warm up the butter, margarine or veg. oil. Cook the mixed noodles and fry until golden.

Then turn and fry the other side until both sides are golden.
