Sautéed Green Beans with Bacon Recipe

Ingredients
  • Fresh green beans
  • Bacon
  • Onions
Directions
Buy fresh green beans, clean them and steam them until slightly tender (about 20 minutes in a steamer)

In a skillet (use a wok if you are fixing a lot), fry bacon (to taste but about 4-6 strips that are cut into 1 - 1 1/2 width pieces) and diced onion. Fry at low heat until bacon is somewhat crispy and onions are tender.

Add green beans to the bacon and onion (once the bacon and onion are done) and sauté on low heat for at least 15 minutes or until ready to serve (you just want to get the onion and bacon flavor in the green beans).
