Chicken, Rice and Rotel Casserole Recipe

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 2 cups Minute Rice, uncooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can Hot Rotel
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3 cups cooked, diced chicken Cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients together, except Cheddar cheese. Put in baking pans; top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 450 for 45 minutes.
