Mexi corn Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 yellow rice (5 ounce pkg)
  • 1 Mexi-corn, drained
  • 1 cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 butter, melted
  • 1 cream cheese, softened (3 ounce pkg)
  • 1 1/4 cheddar cheese, grated
Directions
Make yellow rice according to package directions. Cool slightly and add corn, butter, cream cheese, mushroom soup, and cheese. Mix together and spread in 9x13 casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
