Shoepeg Corn Casserole 3 Recipe

  • 2 cans white shoepeg corn
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 tablespoons self-rising flour
  • 1 whipping cream (small)
  • Salt and pepper
Drain 2 cans of shoepeg corn. Salt and pepper corn. Melt butter. In a mixing bowl stir flour into butter until smooth. Add whipping cream to butter and flour mixture. Add corn to butter, flour and whipping cream mixture. Stir well. Spray Pam or butter a baking dish. Pour corn mixture into baking dish and bake for 35 minutes in 350 degree oven. Time may vary. Just bake until brown around the edges.
