CHEESY SCALLOPED CORN Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 box Jiffy Corn bread
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package sour cream (8 ounce pkg)
Directions
MIX BOTH CANS OF CORN WITH CORN BREAD MIX IN UNGREASED CASSEROLE DISH. ADD SOUR CREAM, CHEESE AND BUTTER. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MIN.
