Quick Cheddar Hash Brown Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds frozen hash browns
  • 2/3 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pint half & half
  • 1 onion, minced (medium)
Directions
In saucepan, melt butter. To melted butter, add Velveeta cheese, Cheddar cheese, salt, Half & Half, and onion. Blend until heated through. Place hash browns in large casserole. Pour heated mixture over hash browns. Bake at 350° for 1 hour
