Vegetable Casserole 34 Recipe

  • 2 cans Mixed Vegetables, Drained
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped (medium)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tube Ritz Crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
Combine vegetables, celery, onions, mayonnaise, and soup in large bowl. Mix well. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole dish or 8 x 8" square baking dish. Combine Ritz crackers and melted margarine. Mix well. Pour on top of vegetable mixture. Bake at 300° for 30-40 minutes.
