Baked Mac 'n Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups cream style cottage cheese
  • 8 ounces Sour Cream
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
Directions
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add macaroni and stir well. Pour into lightly greased 2 qt. casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
