Scalloped Potatoes 46 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 Potatoes, boiled (Medium)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 pound cheese
Directions
Mix butter, salt, pepper, flour. Heat until smooth, add milk. Cook till thick, add cheese and melt, mix with potatoes, gently. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Another easy way to make scalloped potatoes is to just peel and slice your potatoes, put in a casserole dish with chopped onions and cream of celery soup, mix together and bake.
