Home Made Noodles 5 Recipe

  • 6 tablespoons Flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Mix with fork, add 1 tablespoon of milk for each egg. Make sure to add enough flour to make the batter stiff, roll out on floured table as thin as possible. Cut into strips with pizza cutter. Let dry for a couple hours and turn over noodles to dry on other side. Boil in separate kettle of water, when done drain. rinse and add to your soup.
