Quiche 46 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pie crust
  • 6 eggs (large)
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cups chopped fresh baby spinach
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked, and crunched
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°. Combine eggs, cream, salt and pepper in food processor or blender. Layer spinach, bacon and cheese in the bottom of pie crust. Pour egg mixture on top. Bake for 35-45 min.
